Job Description

  • Bảo trì, sửa chữa khuôn theo kế hoạch/ khuôn hư hỏng phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất theo quy trình và hướng dẫn.
  • Tìm hiểu nguyên nhân, đánh giá mức độ khuôn hư hỏng. Tham gia lập phương án, định mức thời gian bảo trì/ sửa chữa khuôn.
  • Phục hồi những chi tiết hư hỏng có khả năng tái sử dụng.
  • Kiểm tra khuôn sau khi bảo trì/sửa chữa; ghi phiếu thông tin, giao khuôn; cập nhật, lưu hồ sơ.
  • Thực hiện 5S nơi làm việc (đảm bảo nơi làm việc luôn gọn gàng, sạch sẽ và an toàn).

Job Requirement

  •  Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật (Cơ khí chế tạo, Thiết kế máy, Khuôn mẫu) hoặc các ngành liên quan
  • Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật tốt
  • Am hiểu kết cấu khuôn ép nhựa
  • Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về bảo trì sửa chữa khuôn ép nhựa
