Job Description

1. Business/Brand/Product Development:
- Manage market and consumer research, analyzing the outputs with SBU team/brand principals

- Actively review market conditions, competition,…. to provide added value input to build market share, brand awareness and increase sales off-take

- To do the monthly sales/marketing performance review to take initiative to do business analysis with a view to identifying issues and work out solutions with sales team, trade team to tackle issues properly and timely

- Responsible for brand P&L targets, brand image (in agreement with brand guidelines)

2. Budget management

- Manage A&P expense & claim to the principals to meet the agreed A&P budget

3. Working Cross function

- Work closely with the sales team, trade team in order to ensure right implementation of trade marketing activities and campaigns (promotion programs, product launches,…)

- Working closely with SBU team to monitor sales demand and customer requirements to ensure optimum stock levels

- Working closely with Media team/agency to plan and deploy the communication activities

- Working closely with brand principals to build, develop or adapt global/regional campaign to Vietnam market

Job Requirement

  • At least 2 years experience at the same position in FMCG Brand Marketing. Preference given to candidates with international brand development experience.
  • Understanding about trade marketing and e-commerce is a plus
  • Own high level of analytical skill and leadership skills
  • Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
  • University degree in business, commerce, marketing or other related field.
  • Good organizational skills with strategic thinking ability and commercial acumen
  • Strong numeracy with good analytical skills, and ability to multi-task
  • Dynamic and pro-active while also being flexible and patient
  • Good command of English both written & spoken. Proficient with Excel, Word & Powerpoint
